Working principle and purpose of the product:

The pneumatic piston regulating butterfly valve can be controlled by inputting a control signal (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) from the air source. It has a simple and compact structure, is easy to process, is easy to make into large diameters, has self-cleaning function, low resistance coefficient, and high flow capacity. Suitable for regulating fluids with suspended particles and concentrated or turbid slurry fluids. For clean media, valve plates with soft seals (rubber rings, PTFE rings) can be used to reduce leakage (up to 0.01%). For high temperature and high pressure conditions, a three eccentric hard seal valve body can be used.
