The Q641F/H pneumatic belt manual ball valve is composed of high-precision pneumatic actuators and precision cast ball valves. It is mainly divided into two categories: pneumatic soft seal ball valves (≤ 200 °) and pneumatic hard seal ball valves (≤ 550 °). Pneumatic ball valves have the advantages of compact structure, small volume, reliable operation, low flow resistance coefficient, good sealing performance, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. Pneumatic ball valve with manual function can be equipped with travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and 0.4-0.7MPa gas source to achieve switch operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's switch. Pneumatic ball valves are particularly suitable for applications where the medium is viscous, contains particles, or has fibrous properties. Pneumatic ball valves are widely used in automatic control systems for industries such as petroleum, chemical, teaching equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking, for remote centralized control or on-site control.
Product Features
(1) Low fluid resistance, ball valve is one of the types of valves with low fluid resistance, even for reduced diameter ball valves, its fluid resistance is quite small.
(2) Thrust bearings reduce the friction torque of the valve stem, allowing for long-term balanced and flexible operation of the valve stem.
(3) The valve seat has good sealing performance and is made of sealing rings made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene. The structure is easy to seal, and the sealing ability of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
(4) The valve stem seal is reliable. As the valve stem only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of medium pressure.
(5) Due to the good self-lubricating properties of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, the friction loss with the ball is small, and the service life of the ball valve is long.
(6) The bottom mounted valve stem and the protruding step at the head of the valve stem prevent the valve stem from spraying out. In the event of a fire causing damage to the valve stem seal, the protruding step can also form a metal contact with the valve body to ensure the valve stem seal.
