It is composed of a dual (single) acting pneumatic piston actuator and a high-pressure ball valve, and is a new type of valve with automatic control and remote control. Widely used in high-pressure pipelines such as gas stations and tank trucks, its connection forms include internal thread (G/NPT), welding, and sleeve. The pneumatic piston actuator adopts low friction materials, and the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder body are treated with hard anodizing and anti-corrosion treatment, greatly improving the service life of the cylinder.

Working principle

When the pneumatic actuator is connected to the circuit and system air source, air enters cylinder A (cylinder B) through pipe A or B, pushing the piston to move towards one end, thereby driving the rotating shaft and ball core to rotate 90 °

The top of the pneumatic actuator is linked with a visual device, and when the green sign points to the word "open", it indicates that the valve is open.

When the green light of the reply signal light is on, the valve is in the open position, and when the red light is on, the valve is in the closed position
