The design of the anti sediment butterfly valve is aimed at the characteristics of high cement and sand content in the Yellow River (with a content of 80Kg/cubic meter and an annual average sediment concentration of 4.133Kg/cubic meter). Based on the summary of past experience and lessons, a new generation of sediment discharge butterfly valve has been developed through repeated testing and improvement. Nowadays, most cities are seriously short of water, and water diversion projects have been launched one after another. However, Rivers and Lakes contain sediment, and ordinary valves are impacted and corroded by sediment in the water diversion pipeline. In a short time (2~6 months), the sealing surface is seriously damaged and cannot work normally. This valve has made significant improvements in structural design, material selection, manufacturing process, and other aspects compared to conventional butterfly valves, enabling it to adapt to harsh working conditions. This valve is mainly used in water intake pipelines to achieve the functions of regulating flow rate, check and shut-off sealing. If this valve is equipped with a hydraulic device, it can be used as an ideal hydraulic control check butterfly valve to install a pump outlet for long pipelines.

Product Structure Features:

5. The lubricated shaft sleeve structure design reduces the operating torque and makes the switch more flexible and labor-saving.

One valve is versatile and can be used with different driving devices to achieve different functions: when equipped with manual or electric devices, it can be used to adjust flow rate, pressure, or shut-off sealing; When equipped with a hydraulic drive device, it can be installed at the pump outlet to prevent and eliminate water hammer.
