Working principle and purpose of the product:
Cast steel hydraulic control check valve is suitable for the return water pipeline of atmospheric pressure boilers. It controls the opening and closing of this valve by using the pressure change of the sending pipeline itself. This valve is a normally closed valve, which can effectively prevent boiler overflow caused by sudden power failure or other reasons that cause the circulating water pump to stop working. It can replace expensive electromagnetic control systems.
Product Structure Features:
1. The control part of the hydraulic check valve adopts a fully hydraulic control form, which replaces the heavy hammer part with an accumulator, reduces energy loss, simplifies the transmission mechanism, occupies less space, and is similar to general valves. Easy to install, can be installed horizontally on the left and right sides, or vertically.
2. The hydraulic check valve is installed after the pump and can replace the gate valve and check valve. And the flow resistance coefficient is small, the flow resistance coefficient of large-diameter valves is only slightly higher than that of gate valves. Therefore, this type of valve is an energy-saving product.
3. When the hydraulic check valve is closed, the time and switching angle of the fast and slow closing sections can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the pipeline system or user requirements, in order to eliminate or reduce water hammer and protect the system.
4. If the travel switch adopts inductive proximity switch, removing the hydraulic station can achieve a protection level of IP67.
