Spring micro opening safety valve uses the force of a compressed spring to balance the force acting on the valve disc. The compression amount of the spiral coil spring can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting nut on it, and this structure can be used to calibrate the opening (setting) pressure of the safety valve as needed.

Spring micro opening closed safety valve is suitable for equipment or pipelines with working temperature ≤ 300 ℃ for media such as petroleum gas, air, water, etc. A41Y-P/R type is suitable for equipment or pipelines with corrosive media working at temperatures ≤ 200 ℃, as an overpressure protection device. 3. The applied load will change with the opening of the valve, that is, as the valve disc rises, the compression of the spring increases, and the force acting on the valve disc also increases. This is not conducive to the rapid opening of the safety valve.

4. The spring on the valve will experience a decrease in elasticity due to long-term exposure to high temperatures. When used on containers with high temperatures, it is often necessary to consider the insulation or heat dissipation of the spring, which makes the structure more complex.
