1. Composition of electrical control system of valve machine tool

There is a system in the PLC valve machine tool in a closed loop system with a fully enclosed state, that is, the electrical control system, which consists of a motor, an electric frequency converter and a grating scale. The electrical control system can well reflect high-precision control during the application process.

The electrical control system consists of several important parts: industrial control machine, SIMOTION, motor module, power module, frequency converter, grating ruler and sensor, etc.

1. Power supply module

The power supply module needs to use DC power during use. Therefore, during use, the inverter converts AC power to DC power, while the inverter converts DC power into AC power of a predetermined frequency. This produces two major modules, namely the adjustable power module and the non-adjustable power module. The adjustable power module can achieve stable supply of DC power during use. In this process, the power can be ordered according to certain parameters, and can be combined with the function of SIMOTION communication. On the contrary, when the non-adjustable power module is used, it cannot be combined with the SIMOTION function because it can only provide a fixed DC voltage value.

2. Motor module

As an important module in the electrical control system, the motor module is its importance that it can invert DC to alter the AC power of a predetermined frequency, which can be used for the motor to adapt. Motor modules are mainly divided into two categories in terms of classification, namely cabinet type and book type.

3. SIMOTION motion controller

The core part of the electrical control system is SIMOTION, which can affect the operating speed and reliability of the entire control system during application. Therefore, this part should be paid full attention to during the operation of the electrical system. The main function of SIMOTION is to realize motion control, logic control and process control, which can have a great impact on product quality during the production process. Therefore, this part must be paid attention to.

Solving the actual demand for intelligent manufacturing can improve the production level of enterprises. When choosing a special valve machine tool, the specific needs of intelligent manufacturing should be fully considered. The way to reflect the relatively high performance of intelligent manufacturing to the special valve machine tool is to construct a valve-specific machine tool selection method based on quality function, combine the intelligent manufacturing needs with the machine tool manufacturing process, and convert it into selection behavior.

2. Basic structure of valve machine tool

The basic structure of the valve machine tool is the structure that ensures the normal operation of the valve machine tool. Also, because valve machine tools are the product of the combination of digital control systems and mechanical production, the basic structure of valve machine tools is roughly divided into digital information control systems and machine tools themselves. Machine tools are mechanized equipment that processes and produces many parts. The digital information control system is a system that uses programmable programs to remotely control mechanized equipment. Digital control systems are relatively complex and consist of different parts. The CNC system can be further divided into three parts: the electrical control unit, the execution part of the electrical control system, and the core control part of the PLC valve machine tool. The specific functions of these three parts are also very different. The electrical control unit mainly controls the logic program of the main structure of the machine tool, while the execution part of the electrical control system mainly controls the parts processing links of the mechanical equipment. The more important one is the core control part of the PLC valve machine tool. This part is the software's analysis and use of the program, which is very critical to the normal operation and control of the entire program.
