Working principle and purpose of the product:
Low noise cage type regulating valves can reduce the noise of compressible fluids. To adapt to gas throttling diffusion and expansion, the sleeve is equipped with many symmetrical small holes to reduce pressure drop. The valve core adopts a pressure balanced structure. The fluid channel is S-shaped and equipped with a guide vane to improve the fluid balance flow around the sleeve, resulting in low pressure drop loss, high flow rate, and low noise. The leakage rate of the regulating valve complies with ANSI B16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring thin film actuator, which has a compact structure and high output force.
Used in automation control processes such as petroleum refining, petrochemicals, fertilizers, general chemistry, steel, metallurgy, papermaking, electricity, and light industry.
Product Structure Features:
1. Greater CV value and wider adjustability have been achieved: the S-shaped valve body generated from unique fluid analysis can suppress phenomena such as eddy currents caused by complex flow path shapes and complex irregular flows caused by sudden expansion of the flow path, resulting in better medium flow. In addition, the guiding wings in the cage valve can better guide the unstable fluid generated around the sleeve into the sleeve. Due to these characteristics, the CV3000 series regulating valve has a 30% increase in CV value compared to the original V series regulating valve, and the adjustability ratio has been expanded from 30:1 to 50:1 (up to 75:1 with accessories), making it suitable for controlling load changes in a larger range.
2. High precision flow characteristics can bring about "ideal" flow: by using high-precision flow characteristic curves as standard technical parameters, theoretically achieving "ideal" flow, stabilizing process gain, computer simulation, and valve opening control conditions, flexible control can be achieved.
3. Small size and light weight: The CV3000 series regulating valve, due to the use of a simple mechanical structure with a multi spring type small and large output thin film actuator or a precision small electronic electric actuator, has successfully reduced its height significantly and achieved miniaturization. Compared with the original V-series regulating valve, the CV3000 series regulating valve can achieve 30% -40% miniaturization and lightweight, contributing to the effective utilization of space.
