Working principle and purpose of the product:
Electric sleeve regulating valve is suitable for situations where flash evaporation and cavitation are prone to occur in high-pressure differential stages. It is a high-performance single seat regulating valve with a sturdy sleeve to protect the valve body from damage caused by valve evaporation and cavitation. The valve has a compact structure with S-shaped channels, which reduces pressure drop loss, increases flow rate, and has a wide adjustable range. The valve core has a large guiding area and good vibration resistance. The leakage rate of the regulating valve complies with ANSI B16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring thin film actuator, which has a compact structure and high output force.
Product Structure Features:
① Adopting a balanced structure, the unbalanced force generated by the pressure difference of the medium before and after the valve on the valve disc is very small. The actuator thrust required for the same type of valve under the same operating conditions is small, so its valve stem diameter is smaller than that of a single seat unbalanced valve design or selection.
② The friction between the valve stem and packing is relatively small, reducing the resistance to valve action, and the wear of the valve stem and packing is also small, increasing the service life. In addition, the smaller diameter valve stem has a smaller change in thermal expansion and contraction at medium and high temperatures, avoiding the occurrence of increased friction or mutual jamming between the valve stem and packing at medium and high temperatures.
③ Due to the balanced structure of the new sleeve valve, compared with the unbalanced straight through single seat valve, the actuator configured can be relatively small, but it can overcome the higher medium pressure difference than the straight through single seat regulating valve. For example, The new sleeve regulating valves of DN200/DN250/DN300 only require the configuration of C60 cylinder type actuators, without the need for larger cylinder actuators. When the valve seat diameter is larger, the allowable working pressure difference is about twice that of a straight through single seat regulating valve with the same configuration. Thin film actuators and explosion-proof electric actuators can also be configured.
④ The new sleeve regulating valve adopts a self centering non threaded snap in valve seat structure and modular design, which makes the valve easy to disassemble and can meet the leakage standard of level IV or above.
⑤ At temperatures below 150 ℃, metal hard seals can meet leakage standards of level IV or higher, while polytetrafluoroethylene soft seals can meet leakage standards of level VI. The service life of the new sleeve regulating valve with DN200/DN250/DN300 is longer than that of the straight through single seat regulating valve.
