Dynamic balance electric regulating valve is a new generation product that is different from traditional electric regulating valves, and is an integrated product of dynamic balance and electric regulation. In variable flow systems with large fluctuations in system load, when the system pressure changes, the pressure difference between the two ends of the dynamic balance electric control valve (P1-P3) also changes: (1) when the inlet pressure P1 increases, (P1-P2) increases, and the electric valve spool moves upward, causing the opening between P1 and P2 to decrease and the spool pressure P2 to decrease; when the inlet pressure P1 decreases, (P1-P2) decreases, and the electric valve spool moves downward, causing the opening between P1 and P2 to increase and the spool pressure P2 to increase. Therefore, no matter how the system pressure changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 remains constant through the regulating effect of the electric valve core. Therefore, this dynamic anti-interference ability is strong and has the function of dynamic balance; (2) When the straight stroke electric actuator receives a control signal to move the valve shaft AB up and down (or the angular stroke electric actuator receives a control signal to rotate the valve shaft R), the opening between P2 and P3 also changes accordingly. Due to the fact that regardless of how the system pressure difference (P1-P3) changes, the pressure difference (P2-P3) between P2 and P3 remains constant, the water flow rate delivered is constant for any opening position, and the actual flow characteristic curve of the electric control valve is consistent with its ideal flow characteristic curve without deviation. Therefore, this electric regulating valve has better regulating characteristics than traditional electric regulating valves.
