Fully welded ball valves are widely used in various fields. Its superior quality and high-performance stability cannot be achieved by ordinary cast steel ball valves, and its service life is much longer than that of cast steel ball valves. Fully welded ball valves are widely used in various pipeline equipment such as urban gas, urban heating, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating stations, power plants, etc. The fully welded ball valve can operate reliably for a long time, requires maintenance, is easy to install, and the installation of the valve is more convenient.
Full welded ball valve material:
1) Valve body: carbon steel ST37.0, A106-B; Steel No. 20
2) Sphere: Stainless steel 304 or 316
3) Valve stem: 2Cr13
4) Valve stem seal: Perfluorosilicone adhesive
5) Ball seal: RTFE(PTFE+C)

Application of fully welded ball valve:

Performance of fully welded ball valve:
1) No maintenance, adjustment, or lubrication required, easy to install, and capable of long-term reliable operation at low operating costs. The surface is treated with spray coating technology, resulting in a glossy and beautiful appearance. There will be no external leakage or other phenomena. The valve body is a welded structure, so the valve is lightweight and easy to insulate. Installing the adjustment mechanism is very simple, and the operating handle can be removed for directional installation.
2) Due to the fact that the valve seat is composed of carbon fiber reinforced PTFE sealing rings and disc springs, it has strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage within the marked pressure and temperature range.
3) The machining process of the sphere is tracked and detected by advanced computer detectors, so the machining accuracy of the sphere is high.
4) Due to the fact that the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, and there will be no deformation due to earthquakes or vehicles passing through the ground. The pipeline is resistant to aging.

6) To prevent static electricity, steel balls and springs are installed between the valve stem and the ball, as well as between the valve stem and the packing box, respectively, to maintain electrical conductivity between all parts of the valve and the valve body, allowing current to pass through the area and release static electricity. Not only does it prevent fires, but it also prevents corrosion, achieving temporary shutdown for timely maintenance.
7) The anti detachment function of the valve stem is designed as an anti detachment structure because the valve stem is affected by the pressure inside the valve and always generates a detachment force.
8) Support the pressure towards the valve stem with a low friction material thrust washer, so that the valve stem only serves to transmit torque.
