Working principle and purpose of the product:

The silent check valve consists of parts such as valve body, valve seat, guide body, valve disc, bearing shell, and spring. The internal flow channel adopts a streamlined design, with minimal pressure loss, short valve disc opening and closing stroke, and short pump stop opening and closing stroke. When the pump is stopped, it can be quickly closed to prevent huge water hammer sound and form a silent effect.

Suitable for water supply, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC systems, it can be installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent medium backflow and water hammer damage to the pump.

Product Structure Features:

1. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is opened by the force of the medium; When the medium flows back, the sealing surface between the valve disc and the valve seat is tightly closed due to the self weight of the valve disc and the reverse force of the medium acting on the valve disc, achieving the purpose of preventing the medium from flowing back.

2. The sealing surfaces of the valve body and valve disc are sealed with rubber.

3. The structural length of this valve shall comply with the provisions of GB12221-1989, and the flange connection size shall comply with the provisions of JB/T79-1994.
