Working principle and purpose of the product:

Lift check valves are selected for pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, and thermal power plants with nominal pressure PN1.6~6.4MPa and working temperature -29~550 ℃. Applicable media include water, oil, steam, etc. It is one of the important links in the production process regulation system, which is a valve that controls the one-way flow of the medium in the pipeline and prevents the medium from flowing back.

Product Structure Features:

1. The type lifting check valve has the advantages of reliable operation, simple structure, and easy maintenance, and is applied in production processes such as metallurgy, textile, chemical, purification equipment, electricity, and petroleum.

2. When the medium flows into the valve body as indicated by the arrow on the valve body, the pressure of the medium acts on the valve disc to generate an upward thrust. When the thrust of the medium is greater than the gravity of the valve disc, the valve opens. When the force of the medium pressure behind the valve acting on the valve disc plus the gravity of the valve disc itself is greater than the force of the pressure before the valve acting on the valve disc, the valve closes and prevents the medium from flowing back.

3. The selection of materials is meticulous, in compliance with relevant domestic and international standards, and the quality of the materials is high.   

4. The sealing pair is advanced and reasonable, and the sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt based hard alloy overlay, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.   

5. The product is designed and manufactured according to the standard GB/T12235.   

6. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing types can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.   

7. The valve body material variety is complete, and the gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
