Working principle and purpose of the product:
Boiler feedwater regulating valve is a novel high-pressure differential regulating valve with a pressure balance sleeve structure. The sleeve and valve core of the valve components are a hybrid structure of porous and cascade. The fluid first passes through the sleeve window for cascade throttling, and then through three-stage continuous cascade throttling, allowing for large pressure difference, good sealing, S-shaped fluid channel, high flow rate, and good dynamic stability of the regulating valve.
This valve is one of the important regulating valves in the boiler feedwater system of thermal power plants, and can also be used for automatic control systems in other industries such as petrochemicals to control high-pressure differential fluids. It can be equipped with electric and pneumatic actuators.
Product Structure Features:
1. The internal components of the valve have a novel structure, using sleeve throttling to effectively control the flow rate at around 30m/s.
2. The throttle surface is separated from the valve seat sealing surface, effectively protecting the sealing surface, with excellent sealing performance and long service life.
3. The components inside the valve are made of stainless steel, and the surface of the parts has undergone hardening treatment, with a hardness of about HRC70.
4. Strong anti erosion ability.
5. The valve core adopts a pressure balanced structure to reduce the unbalanced force of fluid acting on the valve core.
