Detailed description

Design improvement scheme for electric multi-stage pressure reducing labyrinth angle regulating valve Design features:

1. Continuous adjustment within the high pressure difference range.

2. Adopting multi-stage throttling medium to gradually reduce pressure, with each stage pressure drop above the vaporization pressure, anti cavitation, and low noise.

3. The valve core adopts a non-equilibrium structure, with conical sealing and good sealing effect.

4. The sleeve structure is a porous cage type, arranged strictly according to the required adjustment characteristics, with good adjustment performance.

5. The valve core is equipped with guidance on both the upper and lower sides to adjust balance, without vibration, and has strong self-cleaning ability.

6. The sealing surface is welded with hard alloy, and the surface of the valve core (rod) is sprayed with hard alloy material, which is resistant to erosion and has a long service life.

7. The medium flows axially and gradually reduces pressure through multi-stage throttling discs, resisting cavitation and reducing noise when subjected to large pressure differentials.

For ordinary single-stage pressure reducing valves, when the medium enters, its pressure is p1 and the flow rate is v1. When the medium flows to the valve core, due to the throttling effect of the valve core and valve seat, a necking phenomenon occurs. Therefore, the flow rate will rapidly increase to v2, while the pressure will rapidly decrease to p2, often lower than the saturation vaporization pressure Pv of the medium. In this case, the medium vaporizes, forming bubbles. When the medium flows through the necking part formed by the valve core and valve seat, the working conditions also change due to the change of the channel. The pressure port rises, and kinetic energy is converted into potential energy. At this time, the pressure returns to P3 and the velocity returns to v3,

1. The electric multi-stage pressure reducing labyrinth regulating valve is an extension application of the ordinary sleeve regulating valve, designed based on the principle of cascading multiple valves to reduce pressure in stages;

2. This valve opens several multi-stage windows of a certain shape on the sleeve, and high-pressure medium surrounds the valve core and sleeve windows. After multiple expansions, the fluid gradually decreases in pressure difference from the inlet to the outlet, controlling the fluid velocity flowing through the valve internals. Therefore, it can significantly reduce the noise generated by high-pressure gas or steam.

3. This valve can effectively prevent the occurrence of cavitation in liquids, achieving the goal of solving cavitation, cavitation, and noise. It is a regulating valve with no cavitation damage, low noise, and stable control of fluids.
