The anti-corrosion regulating valve is composed of a pneumatic thin film actuator or an electric actuator and a straight through single seat fluoroplastic lined valve. The parts of the valve exposed to corrosive media are all made of corrosion resistant and anti-aging polyfluoroethylene propylene, high-pressure fluorine plastic lining process, and sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene bellows. It has the ability to regulate the flow rate of corrosive media such as acid, alkali, aqua regia, and toxic volatile gases and liquids. Therefore, it is suitable for industries such as chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, etc.

Product Structure Features:

1. Good corrosion resistance: The valve body cavity, valve core, and valve seat are all lined with 3mm thick perfluoroalkoxy, which can withstand highly corrosive fluids.

2. Good sealing performance: Double sealing with polytetrafluoroethylene corrugated tube and packing.

3. Low leakage rate: Due to the soft sealing of the valve core and seat, the leakage rate is much lower than the Class IV standard.

4. High adjustment accuracy: using small-sized pneumatic and electric actuators, with small volume and light weight.
