Working principle and purpose of the product:
The fan safety valve is a new type of valve product developed by our company in response to the problems of traditional safety valves, combined with the specific working conditions and parameters of fans. It is used to protect the safety of fans and equipment. When the pressure in the fan and equipment abnormally rises to a certain specified value (the opening pressure of the safety valve), the safety valve can automatically open and discharge the medium to prevent the pressure from continuing to rise. When the pressure in the fan and equipment drops to a certain specified value (the reseating pressure of the safety valve), the safety valve automatically closes.
Product Structure Features:
1. Due to the fact that fans are mainly used for low-pressure air media, the outlet discharge flange of the fan safety valve has been eliminated, and small holes evenly distributed around the valve body are used to directly discharge the media. At the same time, the spring chamber is directly set on the back of the valve disc. After adopting the above patented structure, the valve structure is more compact, and the discharge of the media is more smooth. However, the weight of the valve is only 1/3 to 1/5 of that of traditional safety valves.
2. The fan safety valve adopts a patented structural design of a pressure accumulation groove between the valve disc and the valve seat. Compared with the traditional safety valve that uses a regulating ring and a screw structure, the structure is simpler, the use of the valve is more convenient, and the performance of the valve is more stable.
3. The safe opening pressure of traditional safety valves is generally 0.1 MPa, while safety valves used for fans often require an opening pressure lower than 0.1 MPa. Even if traditional safety valves use springs with lower stiffness, they cannot operate accurately and sensitively under low pressure. The opening pressure range of the fan safety valve design is 0.02-0.2MPa, so the fan safety valve can act very accurately and sensitively under low pressure.
4. The spring of the fan safety valve acts on the valve disc through the valve stem at a force point very close to the sealing surface of the valve disc, while the force point of the traditional safety valve is far away from the sealing surface of the valve disc. Therefore, compared with traditional safety valves, the action performance of the fan safety valve is more stable and reliable.
5. Traditional safety valves discharge the medium in one direction through the outlet channel, which can easily cause system vibration during medium discharge. However, fan safety valves discharge the medium uniformly around the valve body through small holes evenly distributed in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the valve operates smoothly without vibration.
6. The safety valve of the fan does not have an adjusting ring, making it very easy to use. The safety valve has been debugged according to the user's required opening pressure when it leaves the factory, and the user can directly install the safety valve on the system for use.
