A type of automatic pressure relief protection device that is opened by imported static pressure. It is one of the important accessories of pressure vessels. Its function is to automatically open the valve based on the pressure of the medium itself when the pressure inside the container exceeds a certain value, and quickly discharge a certain amount of medium. When the pressure inside the container drops to the allowable value, the valve automatically closes, keeping the pressure inside the container always below the upper limit of the allowable pressure, automatically preventing accidents that may occur due to overpressure.

The ANA42F internal safety valve is mainly used on railway and automobile liquefied petroleum gas tank cars or ground liquefied gas storage tanks to provide overpressure safety protection.

Product Structure Features:

The spring of the built-in safety valve is directly exposed to the outside, which has the disadvantage of being easily damaged during transportation and installation, and easily corroded by the medium, resulting in inaccurate set pressure. In severe cases, the spring may break, and the medium may leak from the valve port, leading to unpredictable consequences. The second disadvantage is that when the built-in safety valve is opened or closed, the rapid movement caused by the expansion and contraction of the lower spring seat and spring may generate significant resistance in the liquid medium, and may also cause water hammer phenomenon, directly affecting the performance of the valve's setting pressure, opening and closing pressure, opening height, and reseating sealing.
