Working principle and purpose of the product:

The main operating component of the membrane type steam trap is the metal membrane box, which is filled with a liquid with a vaporization temperature lower than the saturation temperature of water. When the device was just started, low-temperature condensed water appeared in the pipeline, and the liquid inside the membrane box was in a condensed state. The valve is in the open position. As the temperature of the condensed water gradually increases, the liquid inside the membrane box begins to evaporate, and the pressure inside the membrane box rises. The membrane drives the valve core to move towards the closing direction. Before the condensed water reaches saturation temperature, the drain valve is completely closed, and the membrane box controls the valve switch with the change of steam temperature, playing a role in blocking steam and discharging water. There are two types of bellows available for selection: one with a valve opening temperature lower than the saturation temperature of 15 ℃ and the other with a temperature lower than 30 ℃.
