Working principle and purpose of the product:

The bimetallic strip drain valve is driven by a bimetallic strip temperature sensing element to open and close the valve core. When the drain valve is just started, low-temperature condensed water appears in the pipeline, and the valve core of the bimetallic flat drain valve is in the open position under the elastic force of the spring. As the temperature of the condensed water gradually increases, the bimetallic sensing element begins to bend and deform, and the valve core of the drain valve is pushed towards the closed position. Before the condensate reaches saturation temperature, the bimetallic strip drain valve is completely closed. There is always high-temperature condensed water in front of the valve, with no steam leakage and good energy-saving effect.
