Working principle and purpose of the product:

Forged steel Y-shaped valves are mainly suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various systems of thermal power plants. Applicable media: non corrosive media such as water and steam. The characteristics of forged steel valves compared to other valve products are high temperature and high pressure, unique self sealing design, and the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal. Due to its unique performance, technical characteristics, and working conditions, the product has also developed unique features that cannot be replaced by other products.

Product Structure Features:

1. Pressure self sealing Y-shaped globe valves and check valves comply with ANSI B16.34. Inspection and testing shall follow API598, and marking shall follow MSS-SP-25.

2. Adopt the following structure.

3. Full diameter or reduced diameter.

4. Lift and ball check valves.

5. Built in springs as needed.

6. Removable solid valve disc.

7. Self determined pressure plate and sleeve type.

8. Integral sealing seat.

  9. Bright pole bracket type (OS&Y).

10. Bolt connection, wrapped gasket sealed valve cover, threaded connection, fully welded sealed valve cover, and threaded connection internal pressure self tightening valve cover.

11. The socket end complies with ASME B16.11.

12. The threaded connection end (NPT) complies with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1.

13. The valve disc can be transformed into needle type, throttling type, ball type, and check type.
