Working principle and purpose of the product:

Fluorine lined globe valves are divided into straight through fluorine lined globe valves, direct flow fluorine lined globe valves, and angle fluorine lined globe valves. They have the advantages of compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, and short stroke (generally 1/4 of the nominal diameter). They are used in pipeline systems such as petroleum and chemical industries to cut off media. However, it should be emphasized that flow regulation is strictly prohibited for fluorine lined globe valves to prevent high-speed media flow generated at the throttle outlet from eroding and damaging the sealing surface

Fluorine lined globe valves are suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and various organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidants from -50 ℃ to 150 ℃. FEP is also suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media

Product structure features:

1. Plastic lined J41 straight through, J45 straight slip, J44 angle globe valves have the advantages of compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, and short stroke (generally 1/4 of nominal diameter). Used as a cutoff medium in pipeline systems such as petroleum and chemical industries, plastic lined globe valves are strictly prohibited from being used for flow regulation to prevent high-speed medium flow generated at the throttling port from eroding and damaging the sealing surface

2. The valve disc and stem are designed as an integrated structure to prevent the possibility of internal components rushing out of the valve body due to pressure fluctuations in the pipeline. The structure is compact and safe to use
