Working principle and purpose of the product:
This vacuum globe valve is designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T3595 standard, meeting the requirements for supporting the use of power station equipment.
Designed a vacuum sealed structure packing chamber to isolate vacuum reliably
The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and wear resistance.
The flange gasket is made of composite material, with a large expansion coefficient and good air tightness performance, ensuring reliable isolation between the system and the atmosphere.
The reverse seal is made by connecting the sealing seat with stainless steel threads or welding austenitic stainless steel on the body, ensuring reliable reverse sealing. Packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient, fast and does not affect the operation of the system
This series of valves is suitable for pipelines with working temperatures ≤ 425 ℃ and ≤ 550 ℃ and working media of water, air, and steam, as a starting and closing device. Especially suitable for steam turbine condensation and vacuum negative pressure systems in thermal power plants, it plays a role in vacuum sealing and isolation.
Product Structure Features:
1. The main body of the vacuum isolation globe valve adopts a cast and forged structure, with parallel double sealing pairs and semi forced bidirectional sealing. The sealing surface moves in place and the wedge-shaped block moves step by step to achieve zero leakage.
2. The friction coefficient between the sealing surfaces is small, making it easy to open and close, and the wear of the sealing surfaces has an automatic compensation function.
3. The structure is simple, compact, easy to maintain, and has a long service life.
4. The valve cover packing chamber is equipped with a vacuum sealing mechanism, which has a self expanding deposit compression effect. In addition, each connecting surface is sealed with an expanding material, isolating the system from the atmosphere and providing excellent vacuum sealing performance.
5. The connection forms of this series of valves are divided into flange connection and welding connection, and the driving modes are manual and electric.
